Hi everyone, I'm new. My name is Whitney, I've been overweight for as long as I can remember, I am just fed up with having so much extra weight and not doing anything about it, so I decided to start. I don't have any pics of myself really, but I should have some asap.
I have a lot of fat on mostly my stomach, and I got a big booty. Does anybody know of some exercises that would help my out?
