I do the Tamilee Webb I Want Those Abs tapes and an 8 minute Ab workout. When I'm doing them I feel like I'm going to die. My poor stomach can't take anymore. But when I get up, cool down and head on about my business, I'm fine. I can go the rest of the day and not feel like I've done anything. All the other parts of my body that I tone and target I feel for the rest of the day ... not hurt just FEEL that I have worked. Does this happen to anyone else??
